   – the others  are optional
2. Click the REGISTER button.
3. Check your email inbox, you should receive an email confirming that your registration has been received and is pending approval.
   PLEASE NOTE: Be sure to check your Spam/Junk Mail folder to make sure the emails from this site don’t end up there. If you do not receive this email within 5 minutes, contact the Site Administrator.
4. Your request for Registration will then be sent to the Administrator for review and approval.
5. You will eventually receive a second email with login instructions upon approval of your account.
